VCPE is excited to reignite this seminar in coordination with the release of the 2026-2027 Operating a Virginia Private School Guide.
Douglas Burtch and Barry Gabay of Burtch Law will join Grace Creasey, VCPE’s Executive Director, reviewing key points in the 2026 guide and spending some time previewing what is to come in the 2027 Virginia General Assembly session. The agenda will also include reserved time for your questions about either item addressed in the seminar, so come prepared!
The 2026–2027 guide has again been fully updated and legally reviewed.

Registration: This event is limited to 80 participants! Registration fee: $55 per person if registered by 5pm September 15. After that, the registration fee increases to $65 per person.
