NEW! Immunization Requirements Effective July 1, 2021
Please be aware of the NEW immunization requirements which were passed by the General Assembly during the 20/21 special and regular sessions.
IMPORTANT: These new requirements will be reflected on the Student Immunization Survey (SIS) portal that opens at the beginning of each school year. Please be sure you are collecting this data in order to accurately report your SIS data when the portal opens for the 21-22 school year.
